Bolgatanga (U/E),– Alhaji Fuseini Seidu, Chief Executive Officer of Sanat Minat, has called on Muslims to use the period of the celebration of the Eid-Ul Fitr to re-unite with God and ask for forgiveness.
Alhaji Seidu said observing the period of Ramadan without making mistakes was a portent of God’s forgiveness and blessings.
He said this in an interview with the GNA at the Jubilee Park in Bolgatanga where hundreds of Muslims converged to pray to break the Ramadan fast period.
Alhaji Seidu prayed for the spiritual intervention of Allah on the people of Bawku and its environs for lasting peace to ensue in the area.
He urged the youth to exercise restraint and avoid any action that would ruin the joy of the period.
He was particularly impressed that Christians were partaking in the event to share words of solidarity with Muslims and praying together in cordiality.
