Hamid Karzai reassures 'twin brother' Pakistan over India deal

"The signing of the agreement yesterday with India, I must emphasize and re-emphasize, is not directed against any country. It is not directed against any other entity. This is for Afghanistan to benefit from the strength of India. India fortunately has the strength to help us. This is for Afghanistan to use the possibilities that India has and offers to make our lives better, to educate our children, to train our police, to train our army, to train our physicians, to train our lab technicians. The strategic partnership that we have is to support Afghanistan to develop."
