Who would have thought you'd see the day when Louis Walsh steps out in a dress and beehive hair and Alan Carr flaunts his body as a body builder?
Well now they have for a special fancy dress feature for Heat magazine's bumper Christmas issue.
The X Factor judge Louis decided to mimic his former colleague, 28-year-old Cheryl Cole, as he stepped out in a red dress, stockings and peep toe heels.

Strike a pose: Funnyman Alan Carr dressed up for a second year in a row as he channelled body builder Jodie Marsh
The trendy get-up was seen on the Girls Aloud beauty as she launched her shoe collection in London in September.
But unlike Cheryl, Louis looked far from stunning as he grinned and stepped out in the same ensemble.
From a distance the 59-year-old carried off the look, even carrying a clutch bag and wearing earrings to make himself look even more feminine.
How they really look: The Girls Aloud beauty and former glamour model as they really look. Were you fooled?!
But his cheeky grin was instantly recognisable as he played the prank for this week's Heat magazine.
And he's convinced Cheryl will love the transformation after telling her he was going to do it months ago.
He said: 'I texted Cheryl months ago to say I was going to dress up as her, and she said, ‘Do it!’
'I think she’ll howl with laughter when she sees it. Simon (Cowell) will love it, too, because I think he secretly likes drag queens.'
And he wasn't the only star to don a different look for the publication - funnyman Alan Carr channelled former glamour model Jodie Marsh as he was painted in full brown make-up.
The chat show queen showed off his physique as he posed as if he were the body builder.
Festive fun: A whole host of stars dress up for Heat's special Christmas double issue, on sale on Tuesday
The reality TV star has recently undergone a dramatic image overhaul, showing off her muscular body as she starts to enter body building competitions.
And the chat show host was happy to unveil all and pose in just a bikini as he pretended to be the model.
Grinning from ear-to-ear, Alan posed for Heat's annual Stars Dress Up Special.
Last year he dressed as Lady Gaga, and this year Alan was left less than impressed with his transformation.
He said of his brown body paint: 'I look like a human skid-mark! Jodie looks amazing, so feminine. I can't be arsed to put in the effort to be honest.'
Other stars to appear in the special Christmas double issue include TOWIE's Joey Essex as X Factor's bad boy Frankie Cocozza and his castmates Arg and Lydia as Prince William and Kate Middleton.
Made in Chelsea's Spencer channelled football superstar David Beckham and Shona McGarty dressed up as X Factor's Tulisa Contostavlos, while Sacha Parkinson and Brooke Vincent opted for Britney Spears and Rihanna transformations.
