Ed Balls demands apology for George Osborne's 'false Libor allegations'

During the Commons debate about the make-up of a banking inquiry, Chancellor George Osborne and his opposite number, Ed Balls, were involved in angry exchanges over allegations that the shadow chancellor was involved in the Libor rate-rigging scandal whilst Labour were in government.
