A Nevada judge found enough technicalities to postpone the start of Mayweather's spell in the slammer until after the May 5 date which Floyd Junior's promoters have booked at the MGM Grand Garden in Las Vegas.

Sentenced: Mayweather was convicted last month
When Mayweather was sentenced, it appeared that the richest fight in boxing history - worth at least $100 million - would be delayed until at least November, if ever it was to take place.
Obstacles still remain to the May date, even though Mayweather can go into full training whenever he chooses now.
Bob Arum, Pacquiao's promoter, is on record that the Pacman will not be recovered from a cut eye sustained in his recent and controversial victory over Juan Manuel Marquez in time to do enough sparring before May 5.
Arum is scheduled to fly to the Philippines on Sunday, originally with the intention of asking Pacquaio to choose his next opponent from among Tim Bradley, Miguel Cotto, Amir Khan Conqueror, Lamont Peterson or a fourth fight with Marquez.
One alternative would be to push back Pacquaio-Mayweather to June.
