Meet Leandria Williams she is the woman from Illinois that was arrested after she attempted to  be  the $650 Mega Million winner, Ms. Williams faces charges of  attempted theft and forgery, check her out!

This is 28 year-old  Leandria U. Williams from Elgin, Illinois who purchased a ticket online minutes after the winning numbers were drawn on March 30th. Leandria arrived at the Des Plaines and said she had the $650 Mega Million winning ticket, she also presented an altered email receipt

Leandria was told she had to filled put a form to claimed the money, that form was sent to Springfield for verification, and then all her lies were revealed logs showed she purchased the ticket eight minutes after ten o’clock, Busted!!

She was arrested on April 16, at first she faced wire fraud charges but later she was charged with  attempted theft and forgery, bail was set at $10,000 and she was released on $1,000 bond April 18.
