NDC UK/IRELAND YOUTH CONGRATULATES VICE PRESIDENT AMISSAH-ARTHUR

We the Youth of NDC UK/Ireland chapter wish to congratulate Mr Paa Kwasi Amissah-Arthur on his elevation to the office of Vice President of the republic of Ghana.

We are extremely impressed with his performance both as Governor of Bank of Ghana and during his vetting as Vice Presidential nominee before the appointment committee of Parliament.

We wish to assure Mr Amissah-Arthur of our fullest support and co-operation in partnering His Excellency John Mahama towards successful continuation of the Better Ghana Agenda initiated by the National Democratic Congress since January 2009.

We equally wish to congratulate His Excellency President John Mahama and NEC for their collective efforts in selecting a very competent and likeable candidate.

We pray for the good Lord's blessings, wisdom, humility, understanding and above all unity of purpose to enable the first and second gentlemen of the land advance the course of humanity.

We wish to urge all well-meaning Ghanaians to focus more on issues that unite us as a people than those that divide us – for in so doing, together we can build a better Ghana.
