Press Conference Addressed by the Concerned Activists of NDC in the Hohoe North Constituency

A group calling itself, the Concern Youth Activists Group of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) of Hohoe North Constituency in the Volta Region has called for an immediate withdrawal of the illegal suspension letter dated 19thJanuary, 2012 against the constituency chairman Mr. Wonder Boasilenu.

The suspension they say was illegal and moreover all the allegations level against him are totally fabricated lies.

In a press statement sign by the leader of the Party Activists for the concern group, Mr. Alex Owusu stated that Mr. Wonder was duely elected at the constituency conference and that, no selfish individual or group of self seeking individuals for their own hidden agenda.

“We also want to state categorically that,Mr. Wonder Boasilenu is still our legitimate constituency chairman and we shall still be loyal to him. We are hereby given Mr. Amegashie Simon Viglo the Volta Regional Secretary 48hours to as a matter of urgency to withdraw the illegal letter against our noble and able chairman before the masses decend.”

The letter stated that it was time for the Regional Executives to put aside their personal interest and consider the bigger interest of the party.
