String of 'alien' videos leave experts baffled

Villagers in northern Brazil got a scare when a one metre sphere landed just inches from a family home.

The bizarre object weighs around 50kg and nobody has seen anything like it before.

But locals were on the ball - and managed to film the mystery find before it was taken away by police.

Local resident Valdir Jose Mendes, 46, said: "I heard the noise and I went out to see what caused it. I thought it was a plane that had fallen, or an earthquake".

Locals and experts alike are clueless about the origins of the shadowy object.

But it isn't just South America that's caught in a UFO frenzy.

An eagle eyed sky watcher copped an eyeful of a spooky cloud UFO hovering above a Russian

town.

However not everyone is convinced by the video.

One YouTube sceptic said: "I want to believe."

Another added: "It is just a cloud."

Experts have so far failed to explain the origin of the far-out footage.
