Emma Di Giovine is Jesse Watters bikini-clad girlfriend whos relationship precipitated his divorce from his wife of 10 years
Jesse Watters' bikini-clad girlfriend, 27, shows off her taut tummy in Miami a month after Fox News host, 40, finalized his divorce and custody over affair with ex-staffer. Emma Di Giovine, spent the weekend with her girlfriends in Miami at the Fountainbleu Hotel, while her boyfriend Jesse Watters, 40, remained in NYC
The young woman whose relationship with Fox News host Jesse Watters' precipitated his divorce from his wife of 10 years was spotted out in Miami Beach over the weekend.
Emma Di Giovine was seen partying with girlfriends at the Fountainbleu, where on Sunday she was photographed hanging out by the pool in her bikini and a pair of sheer pants in photos obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com.
She topped off the look with a pair of oversize sunglasses and a monogrammed tote from Louis Vuitton.
Not spotted with her on the trip was Watters, who finalized his divorce in May from his wife Noelle, whom he met while the two worked at Fox News. The couple are now parents to 7-year-old twin daughters.
That was 11 months after the two first appeared in court following Noelle's decision to file for divorce from her husband back in 2017 over his affair with Di Giovine.
Just days before his divorce was finalized on May 17, Watters also welcomed a new family member with Di Giovine - a mini poodle named Rookie.
The dog soon had his very own Instagram account
'Hi Everyone, I’m Rookie. I am a miniature poodle and I belong to @JesseWatters. Follow me and I may even lead you to @WattersWorld. I’m Rookie and this is my Instagram,' read the pup's first post.
The dog's bio on the social media site does state however that he is both Watters and Di Giovine's puppy.
Most photos of the puppy show him posing in and around the luxury high rise where Watters lives with his girlfriend in downtown Manhattan.
Di Giovine was first introduced to Watters when she took a job at Fox News just as his star was on the riose.
It all began with the end of The O'Reilly Factor, which was cancelled in April 2017 after the host was fired in the wake of a New York Times expose detailing multiple harassment settlements involving the popular pundit.
Watters was promoted in the reshuffle that followed, and eventually landed the top spot on The Five, while also still hosing his own program, Watters World.
He found himself in trouble just three days into that gig when he made a suggestive comment about the way Ivanka Trump was holding a microphone at a summit in Berlin.
This was also just one week after the firing of O'Reilly.
It is unclear if his affair with Di Giovine was going on at the time, though one month earlier he and the New Jersey native were both photographed with President Trump at the same event in Nashville.
In the wake of his Ivanka comment, Watters ended the following day's episode by abruptly stating: 'I'm going to be taking a vacation with my family so I'm not going to be here tomorrow.'
Watters offered no further details about the trip, and some soon began to speculate on social media that the host was being punished for comments he made about Ivanka one night prior.
He then capped off a segment about the Women's 20 Summit in Berlin by saying he liked the way Ivanka held a microphone.
Watters then moved his hand towards his mouth in a manner that a number of people perceived to be sexually suggestive while grinning.
He later said of the move: “During the break we were commenting on Ivanka’s voice and how it was low and steady and resonates like a smooth jazz radio DJ.
'This was in no way a joke about anything else.'
Kimberly Guilfoyle took over as host of Watters' World during that absence, shortly before her own departure from the network.
It would be just few months later that Noelle filed for divorce in November.
The proceedings played out in Suffolk County, where the couple purchased a $600,000 home around the time of their wedding, according to public records obtained by DailyMail.com.
They appeared in court for the first time in June of last year, and on May 17, a judge signed off on their settlement agreement.
The details of that agreement, including how the pair divided their property and the custody arrangement they came to regarding their twin daughters, has not been made public.
Watters and Di Giovine meanwhile have been together the entire time, though their professional lives did diverge in the wake of Noelle's divorce filing.
The host informed the network around the time of the filing about his relationship with his staffer.
'Within 24 hours of Jesse Watters voluntarily reporting to the Chief of Human Resources in November 2017 that he was in a consensual relationship with a woman on his staff, management met with both parties and a decision was made for the woman to be transferred to work on another program on the network where she currently remains,' said a Fox News spokesperson.
Di Giovine was then transferred to the The Ingraham Angle, and after a few months left the network for good.
